EXPANSION FACTORYHALL with 1350 m2.
October 2009 Boessenkool decided to expand their factoryhall with 1350 m2. This extra space is necessary for the large vertical turning machine that has been bought and a future large floortype milling machine.

NEW HANKOOK VTC 40/50 CNC Vertical Turningmachine (D=5.000 mm).
In December 2009 Machinefabriek Boessenkool B.V. bought a Hankook VTC 40/50 CNC Vertical Turningmachine. This machine will be installed in December 2010. The machines turningcapacity is D= 5.000 mm x L= 4.000 mm. The maximum product weight is 60.000 kg. The machine is equipped with driven tools and an angled driven toolhead.

IWT certification as a basis for ISO 3834 (certified welding company).
In Juli 2009 an employee of Boessenkool received his IWT certification (International Welding Technologist). The next goal is the ISO 3834 certification. Before this many of the employees of Boessenkool where certified according the ASME IX en EN287 guidelines with good result.

ISO 9001:2008 certified by Lloyds Register.
In July 2009 Boessenkool was audited against the ISO 9001:2008 guidelines with good result and therefor received the ISO 9001:2008 certificate.

RINA Workshop approval certified by RINA (Italy).
In Februari 2009 Boessenkool was audited against the RINA Workshop Approval guidelines with good result and therefor received the Workshop Approval and therefor is now allowed to restamp materials..

NEW ZAYER ZF2000 Milling machine (L=2.000 x H=1.100 mm).
In November 2008 Machinefabriek Boessenkool B.V. bought a ZAYER ZF2000 CNC milling machine. This machine is fully in production since November 2008. The machine has a working area of 2.000 x 1.100 x 800 mm.
The maximum product weight is 6.000 kg.

NEW TAKANG TNC770A*2000 Turning machine (D=770 x 2000 mm).
In Juni 2008 Machinefabriek Boessenkool B.V. bought a TAKANG TNC770A*2000 turning machine. This machine is fully in production since Juni 2008. The machine has a working area of D= 770 mm x L= 2.000 mm.
The maximum product weight is 5.000 kg.

October 2007 Boessenkool decided to expand their factoryhall with 700 m2. This extra space was necessary for the storage of products, seen the fact that in the existing hall wasn't enough space because of the new machine-investments.

NEW TAKANG TNC770A*3000 Turningmachine (D=770 x 3000 mm).
In June 2007 Machinefabriek Boessenkool B.V. bought a TAKANG TNC770A*3000 Turningmachine. This machine will be installed in August 2007. The machines turningcapacity is D= 770 mm x L= 3.000 mm. The maximum product weight is 10.000 kg.

NEW HANKOOK VTC 140 CNC Vertical Turningmachine (D=1.800 mm).
In March 2007 Machinefabriek Boessenkool B.V. bought a Hankook VTC 140 CNC Vertical Turningmachine. This machine will be installed in May 2007. The machines turningcapacity is D= 1.800 mm x L= 1.000 mm. The maximum product weight is 15.000 kg. The machine is equipped with driven tools.

NEW LAGUN GBM CM4 CNC Millingmachine
In December 2006 Machinefabriek Boessenkool B.V. bought a Lagun GBM CM4 CNC milling machine. This machine will be installed in April 2007. The machines Milling capacity is 4.000 x 2.000 mm. The maximum product weight is 20.000 kg. The machine is provided with 4 axe control.

OCTOBER 2006 Lloyd's Register updated our quality control system ISO_9001:2000 and provided Boessenkool with a extended certificate.

In Februari 2005 Machinefabriek Boessenkool B.V. bought a Zayer MFU 10.000 CNC Milling machine. The machine is up and running since April 2005. The machines Milling capacity is 10.000 x 2.500 mm. The maximum product weight is 20.000 kg.

NEW FEICHTER CNC Vertical Lathe (Ø 2.800 mm)
In December 2004 Machinefabriek Boessenkool B.V. bought a new Feichter CNC Vertical Lathe. The machine is up and running since May 2005, it's turning capacity is Round 2.800 x 2.500 mm. The maximum product weight is 20.000 kg.
